Labour book.

Each employee must have a labour book of his own. It contains information about his working history, reasons for leaving former employments and some other information. Employers must record employee's jobs for a period of five days or longer. A labour book is an important document as it confirms an employee's work history and his/her right to the state pension and some other benefits.

It is the employer's obligation to keep the labour book and make recordings into it according to law. A labour book must be returned to an employee in the last day of employment.
