Founding contract.

The founding document of a partnership is its founding contract. It must contain the following information: • partnership's name and seat; • the procedure for managing its activity; • amount and content of its chartered capital; • size and procedure for change in the shares for each of the participants; • amount, content and terms of contributions into the charter capital; • liability of the participants for violating duties to make contributions. Changes into the founding contract can be made by the decision of participants. Changes come into force for the third parties from the moment of state registration of the amended contract.
