He also earned a management degree at the St.Petersburg State Academy of Public Service in 1997.

Before joining Baker & McKenzie in 2008, Mr. Kuznechenkov worked as a consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers (since 2001) and as a real estate senior associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers CIS Law Offices (since 2003) and as an in-house counsel for a real estate brokerage firm. He also worked as an in-house counsel with a Russian insurance company in St. Petersburg.

Acting for a subsidiary of The Boeing Company in connection with restructuring of its office lease in a class A office building in Moscow.

Representing a Russian subsidiary of Nycomed Group on acquisition of a greenfield site in the Yaroslavl Region and in negotiations over the terms of a work contract with design and project management contractor in connection with construction of a new manufacturing facility in the Yaroslavl Region (preparation of transaction documents, negotiations)

Acting for Quintiles, a leading contract pharmaceutical and healthcare company, on its new office lease in Moscow.

Advising a Russian subsidiary of Weatherford International Ltd. on the lease of class A office premises in Moscow at Capital Plaza Office Building.

Representing a major private equity real estate fund in the preparation and negotiation of purchase agreement with respect to an office and warehouse facility.
Advising clients in connection with lease and pre-lease agreements of office and warehouse facilities.

Advising an international real estate fund on restructuring of lease agreements for a class A office building in Moscow.
