WE RussianLawOnline.Com’s folks (hereinafter referred to as we) being of sound mind (minds) and body (bodies) hereby declare that
WHEREAS the thirty first night of December the year two thousand nine and the first day of January the year two thousand and ten are the middle of winter festivities also known as New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day respectively and
WHEREAS the seventh day of January the year two thousand and ten is Christmas in this part of the Eurasian continent also know as Russia and
WHEREAS it is our desire and intention to wish to the reader of this document (hereinafter referred to as you) a felicitous, flourishing and festive year and joyous Christmas
NOW THEREFORE without consideration or any covenant or promises whether or not contained herein and subject to the conditions contained hereunder being satisfied by you
THAT you acquire yourself or cause those in your charge to acquire for your possession bottle barrel pipkin flask bucket or other container holding wine champagne cognac brandy vodka whisky absinthe liqueur or other alcoholic beverages in such quantity as may reasonably be expected to be consumed by you and other persons that you may deem fit
THAT you provide or cause those in your charge to provide victuals music and such other entertainments as seem reasonable
THAT you and those in you charge shall be present in house flat restaurant bar pub or other such place that is cheerful and genial
THAT you together with such other persons that you may deem fit to have in your charge shall have joyful time during the aforementioned festivities and year thereafter
