Employment related orders.

According to the Russian legislation every time when a new person is employed or transferred to a new job or a granted a vacation, disciplined or rewarded, or dismissed and in some other cases, an employer must issue a special written order.

Moreover, it is required that, for example, the employment order must be issued within three days from the day when the employment contract is concluded, and the order must be displayed to the employee and countersigned by him. Similarly, when an employee is dismissed a relevant order must be introduced and countersigned by the employee no later than in the last day of work.
